Banco Cuscatlán launched Banca Digital

Banco Cuscatlan, one of the largest banks in El Salvador, launched Banca Digital, and became the first one in the country offering a 100% responsive digital platform for its customers.

The new digital platform is part of the bank’s Digital Banking strategy that aims to transform the customer experience through digital channels. With a customer-centric and responsive design the platform includes web banking and a native app for Android and iPhone.

To Eduardo Jose Luna, Banco Cuscatlán Managing Director, the new platform means a “high dose of innovation that allows the bank to be closer to its customers helping them to have their time in their hands”.

Already in the first month they reached 50.000 registered users and 20.000 users downloaded the Cuscatlan APP. Even Rex, the bank’s pet, has a registered user in Banca Digital.
